We are eight photographers who do one thing.

Headshot Bureau photographs companies. We don’t shoot weddings or products (well, some of us used to some time ago). Now it’s just corporate headshots, at scale, on location.

It did not start that way. We started out photographing people one at a time, and then a client asked whether we could do their entire office in a day. That first one was harder than it should have been, and we spent a long time afterwards working out why.

The answer is that photographing two hundred people well is as much a logistics problem as a photographic one. Everything we do now is built around that: the lighting, the tethered selection, the instant delivery, and keeping the queue moving without anyone feeling rushed.

Who you get

The same people, every time. We work as a regular crew rather than booking whoever happens to be free, which is why your images still match each other on a rollout that runs for years.

Moritz, who founded the company, is usually the person you speak to before a job.

How we got here

Headshot Bureau is a brand of Schmittat Ltd, which has been photographing and filming in London since 2012. We have collected more than 400 five-star reviews along the way, until we settled on our core strength: high-quality, high-volume corporate headshot photography, a 30-minute setup, two or three minutes per person, and images in their inbox before they are back at their desk.
