We photograph your whole company, wherever your people are.
A studio in your office reception. A meeting room for the day. A corner of the hotel at your offsite, or a stand at your own conference. We bring everything with us, our mobile studios go up in 30 minutes, and we work through your team while they carry on with their day.
It is a relaxed, guided session rather than a formal sitting. Most people arrive a little unsure and leave pleasantly surprised.

How a day runs
Before. You tell us your headcount and which office we will be in. We will tell you how many studios it needs, how long it takes, and what space to set aside. You can send your people a calendar slot, or leave it open and let them drop in when they have a gap. Both work, and we are happy to say which we would do in your situation.
Setup. 30 minutes, in whatever room you give us. We need roughly 4 by 5 metres per studio, a plug socket, and a good WiFi connection.
On the day. Each person is with us for 2 to 3 minutes. They see their shots on screen as we go, pick their favourite five, and go back to work. Nobody has to block out an afternoon.
Delivery. Their chosen shots arrive by email before they return to their desk. You receive all the photos at the end via Google Drive.
What it takes
| Your headcount | What it takes | From |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 | Half day, one studio | £2,450 |
| Up to 200 | Full day, one studio | £3,950 |
| Up to 400 | Full day, two studios | £7,900 |
| Up to 600 | Full day, three studios | £11,850 |
| 600 and above | Multiple studios or multiple days | Quoted |
All plus VAT. Additional hours beyond eight run at £500, which is another twenty-five people.
Everyone looks like they work at the same company
This is the part that usually catches people out. Headshots collected over a few years from different photographers end up on a team page where everyone is lit differently, cropped differently and sitting against a slightly different grey.
We send the same photographers with the same kit every time, so your new starters in March will match the people we photographed last summer. That holds across buildings too, so staff in different offices still look like one company.
Finished in the light, not in Photoshop
Our very large, very soft studio light evens skin tone and softens texture as the picture is taken, which is much of what retouching does afterwards. Everyone still looks like themselves, just on a good day. No cheap filters, no AI ruining your natural self.
It is also why delivery is instant. No queue of two hundred files sits with a retoucher.

Group shots
We are often asked to photograph the whole team together, or a few smaller departments separately at the end of the day. Both are straightforward. It is a question of planning rather than squeezing it in.
A group shot is a different setup from the headshot studio, so it sits outside the per-person time and is quoted separately. Tell us in advance how many groups you want and roughly how many people are in each, and we will build it into the day.

Lonza Biotech
★★★★★
“We hired Headshot Bureau for corporate headshots for a large group of employees at our company. With 80 people to photograph in a single day, we worried the experience might feel rushed and impersonal. However, the team at Headshot Bureau exceeded our expectations, making the process smooth and comfortable for everyone.
Headshot Bureau sent their lead photographer, Moritz, who worked incredibly efficiently, keeping the shoot moving at a brisk pace while still making each person feel attended to. He has a friendly, relaxed demeanour that instantly puts our employees at ease in front of the camera. He knew how to pose people naturally, capturing their authentic personalities.
Moritz was also very flexible when employees needed to reschedule their slots due to unforeseen circumstances. He accommodated last-minute changes seamlessly. At the end of the marathon day of headshots, we had a complete set of professional, high-quality photos for the entire staff.
Overall, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Headshot Bureau and Moritz in particular. We would enthusiastically recommend Headshot Bureau for corporate or individual photography needs.”

Staff and company headshot questions
What are company headshots?
A set of portraits of everyone at a company, photographed to one standard so they sit together on a website, a team page or LinkedIn. They are also called staff headshots or team headshots. We photograph them in your own office rather than asking people to travel to a studio.
Do you come to our office?
Yes, that is the whole service. We are fully mobile and only photograph on location. A studio goes up in 30 minutes and needs around 4 by 5 metres, a plug socket and a decent WiFi connection. Anywhere in London is at no extra cost, including the City, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Soho, Westminster and Southwark.
How long does a staff headshot session take?
Each person is with us for 2 to 3 minutes. One studio photographs around 25 people an hour, so a hundred staff is a half day and two hundred is a full day. Beyond that we run studios in parallel rather than asking you to give up more days.
Can you photograph staff across several offices?
Yes, and it is the main reason to use one supplier instead of a different local photographer at each site. The same photographers bring the same lighting to every office, so people photographed in different buildings, and months apart, still look like they work at one company. You can see what that looks like at scale in our Vienna conference case study.
What happens to people who join later?
New starters are the usual reason a team page drifts out of step. Because we keep the same photographers and the same lighting setup, and your style and backdrop stay on file, anyone we photograph on a later visit matches the people we shot the first time. A return visit starts at 750 pounds plus VAT for an hour, which covers up to 25 people. That is the day rate divided by eight with half again on top, because a one-hour job still takes the whole journey, the full setup and the pack down. Most companies find it worth collecting their new starters together and booking us once or twice a year rather than one person at a time.
How much do company headshots cost per person?
Pricing starts at 2,450 pounds for up to 100 people and runs to 11,850 pounds for up to 600 across three studios, all plus VAT. On a full day of 200 that works out at 19.75 pounds a head. Crew, equipment, instant delivery and all usage rights are included. The full price list is here, and there are more answers on our FAQ page.
